The Blanket

Lydia has a special blanket that she sleeps with it. Really, it isn't a blanket but a sleep sack wearable blanket. She likes to hold it, wrap it around her like a scarf, and lie on top of it.

Yesterday afternoon she started screaming for her blanket but I try to let her have it only in the crib. She was more than happy to get in her crib and snuggle with her blanket even though it was over an hour after naptime.

I washed the dishes that had piled up in the sink and after I turned off the water I heard both kids upstairs having a great time. This is what I found when I went in their room: both kids in Lydia's crib having fun jumping around and being silly.

I hope Lydia was not taking any lessons on how to get out of the crib.

They are so adorable, Renee! I love how they play together, too. Do they ever not get along?
