Standing in the Box

We got a new car seat for Wesley. He needed a taller seat and this one has a very narrow base which should allow me to keep three car seats in my car.

Wesley immediately wanted to play in the box. He got in feet first and asked me to stand up the box.
He liked standing in the box. Notice he has on the backpack harness. The kids love playing with that.
He didn't like Lydia holding the box shut. He also complained some when Chris carried the box around with him in it.

When I asked Lydia if she wanted to get in the box, she first ran away (like a smart girl). She later decided she wanted to climb in it and Wesley had no problem standing the box up right and closing the lid. She didn't complain about that as much he did.

The box provided lots of pre-dinner entertainment.
