Wesley told Chris and me that he was scared when he saw all the people sitting in the living room. He said he started shaking. We are so proud of him for pushing through his fear and doing his best.

First Piano Recital
Wesley started piano lessons in January. He had his first recital on Saturday night. His piano teacher had half her students perform on Saturday and half perform on Sunday. The students waited downstairs to perform and receive their rewards. After the performance light refreshments (punch and cookies) were served downstairs for the students and upstairs for the parents. All the students did a great job and the older students were very impressive. I was touched by how encouraging the other parents were to Wesley and to us. Everyone was very nice and it was a enjoyable evening.
