We even got to ride the two "big kid" rides. Wayne, Dianna and Mark watched the kids while Chris, Nancy and I rode the Mission Space ride. I love this ride. I love the g-forces when the "space ship" takes off. The adults rode Test Track in two shifts but all six of us enjoyed it.
Here are the kids with Mexican Donald.
Here is Wesley with his "teezers" at the Japanese steak house.
We walked around for a little while after dinner and did a couple more rides. Lydia fell asleep at the end of Spaceship Earth. She had been very captivated by the entire thing but once the action stopped, so did she. She slept through the fireworks and the rain. It started raining during the fireworks and rained pretty hard while we were walking to the car. We didn't have our ponchos or our stroller covers with us so everyone got rather wet. You know the poor kid was tired if she slept through all that.
When we got back to the hotel, we gave Wesley a bath. He cried the entire time, "I am too tired for a bath." Over and Over and Over. While he tried to put on his PJ shirt, he got his arms and head stuck in and laid down and cried, "I am too tired to get dressed." If I had video taped it I could use it as a warning to other parents about taking their three year olds to Epcot for 12 hours.
The whole crying/getting ready for bed only lasted about 10 minutes so it wasn't too bad.
