Green Eggs and Ham
To celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday, we had green eggs and ham and biscuits. The kids loved dinner.
I found the recipes in one of my favorite cookbook, "Bubby's Brunch Cookbook." Bubby's is a famous restaurant in New York City. We have never been there. One of the moms I used to work with gave me the cookbook for Christmas a couple of years ago. It is one of my favorite gifts.
