Green Spaghetti Birthday Dinner

When I asked Lydia what she wanted for her birthday dinner, she said, "Green Spaghetti."  This is another recipe from her cookbook Pretend Soup.

She wanted to help make dinner and this time I let her smash the garlic to get the peeling to come off very easily.

She helped put everything in the food processor and enjoyed pushing the button to make it work.

She wanted ice cream cake and it was delicious.

I can't believe she is now six years old.  She is such a blessing and a joy to us.
